Return Policy

At ChoiceMax, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible choices and experiences. Please read our warranty and return policy carefully before purchasing from our website.

ChoiceMax is an online retailer, and we do not manufacture any products. If you experience any issues with a product, please get in touch with the original manufacturer within two working days from the delivery date. Please refer to the vendor information page for more details.

We will help you sort the issue, provided the product you purchased has not been misused or abused.

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please refer to the vendor information page, or contact us at support@choicemax.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that we do not accept returns for the following products:

  • Products that have been used or are not in their original condition

  • Products that have been customized or personalized

  • Products that are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons

Shipping & Refund

Shipping:

The return shipping cost would be the customer's responsibility unless the item were damaged or defective upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, the original manufacturer, our supplier or we will contact you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

General Terms

​

These are general terms of ChoiceMax and our Suppliers.

​

  • Kindly refer to the vendor information page.

  • To return defective products, please ensure they are returned in their original cartons and with all original pieces, packing materials, and relevant manuals and cables (if required) accompanied by a copy of the relevant invoice and RA form and number or credit will be denied. (Contact us for the RA form)

  • A sample of the print is required for all Toner and Laser cartridges without exception, or credit will be denied. We need this information to process returns to the vendor.

  • Some items will require assessment by various vendors and will only be credited upon approval from the vendor. Please note that if you need a replacement, you will have to reorder.

  • All unwanted or incorrectly invoiced stock items must be returned unopened and in as-new condition, without any writing, sticky tape, or any other form of labels or markings. Otherwise, the credit will be denied, and the stock will be returned at the customer's expense. There are no exceptions to this rule. Please note that we will not accept goods that have been opened but not used/installed and/or goods that were invoiced over 60 days prior, and the return will be denied, and where applicable, the stock will be returned at the customer's expense.

  • If goods are being returned where the original fault of supply did not lay with ChoiceMax or our suppliers, a minimum restocking fee of 10% will be applied.

  • Any claims for products that have been refilled, remanufactured, or tampered with will be rejected and returned at the customer's expense. There are no exceptions to this rule.

  • Please ensure that all goods are sealed and secured to ensure unbroken arrival without leakage or loss in transit.

  • These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
